Who it's for
Software engineers with roughly 3–4 years of experience targeting mid and senior SWE, SDE, and IT roles at top US tech companies.
Where the data comes from
Public career pages and official ATS APIs (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, and company-run job boards). For companies that block direct access, we aggregate public listings from LinkedIn, Indeed, and Google Jobs.
How often it updates
FAANG+ companies refresh every 3 hours. High-compensation tech companies refresh every 6 hours. High-growth companies refresh every 12 hours. A daily snapshot powers trend lines.
How jobs are filtered
Every listing passes through a normalization pipeline: United States location filter, SWE/SDE/IT title match, mid- and senior-level seniority detection, and de-duplication across sources.
How the ranking works
Companies are scored by active SWE job count (40%), new postings in the last 7 days (30%), 30-day growth rate (20%), and recency of the latest post (10%).
Refresh cadence
Scrape frequency is tuned per tier to balance data freshness with respectful access to public career pages.

Frequently asked questions
Why doesn't my company appear?
We currently track 35+ companies across FAANG+, high-compensation, and high-growth tiers. New companies are added as their career pages become reliably scrapeable.
Are internships or staff+ roles included?
No. Listings tagged intern, new grad, staff, principal, or people-management are filtered out so the board stays focused on mid and senior individual-contributor roles.
Is the data live?
Counts are cached between scrape runs for performance. The timestamp at the top of the dashboard reflects the most recent successful scrape.
Is resume generation available?
AI-powered, job-description-aligned resume generation using Claude and LaTeX is rolling out in Phase 2. You'll find a Generate Resume action on individual job listings when it's live for your account.
